Glenn is a serial entrepreneur and CEO who has launched and scaled numerous E-commerce businesses including Thuzio, a freelancer marketplace for professional athletes, and PartStore.com, an E-commerce and supply chain business for consumer electronic, computer and appliance replacement parts. He co-founded PartStore and grew from an idea to over $75m in revenue. The Company’s awards included the INC 500 list, Deloitte’s top 500 growth businesses nationally, and he was selected as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year finalist.

Prior experience included working for CUC International (now Cendant) building AutoVantage, a national car buying network, AAdvantage Dining, a network of 2,000 fine dining restaurants for American Airlines, and running Shoppers Advantage, a catalog shopping business with over $110m in annual sales. Glenn began his career working for General Motors in Germany, where he doubled the size of their European automatic transmission business to over $120m in annual revenue and established a sales and marketing office in Frankfurt Germany selling to Jaguar, Rolls Royce, Opel, Volvo and BMW.

Glenn graduated with a BA in International Relations and German from Colgate University, and received an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

An Internet pioneer with over twenty years’ experience in technology, business, and marketing, Gus is also the founder of Xogito, a New York based provider of technology solutions to growing businesses in E-commerce, Adtech, mobile and SaaS.

Previously, Gus was CTO of E-Commerce Solutions, where he created a variety of search engines for companies like Excite, iVillage, The New York Times, Deja.com (Google), About.com, and Palm. Before joining E-Commerce Solutions, Gus was the CTO for PartStore.com, where he oversaw the creation of the world’s first consumer-focused comprehensive parts platform - an achievement that increased the company’s revenue in excess of $20 million in one year.

Earlier in his career, Gus led the Poppe-Tyson Interactive team responsible for the architecture and implementation of the real-time broadcast of the 1997 IBM Deep Blue vs. Kasparov chess match. He also worked with various Fortune 100 clients on the design and launch of their sites, including Priceline, Lending Tree, ING Barings, Web Pilot, Dean Witter, Chase, Citibank, the first Internet-based White and Yellow Pages for Yahoo, and one of the first E-commerce sites, RealCounts.

Alex is a digital media executive who has worked with major entertainment brands and emerging online brands to launch game- changing digital initiatives and experiences. As General Manager, New Media for Major League Baseball he played a leadership role in the creation of MLB Advanced Media and MLB.com. Earlier in his career, Alex was director of Interactive Ventures at HBO where he had operating responsibility for HBO’s digital businesses including HBO.com.

More recently he served as Chief Digital Officer for Creative Loafing Inc, a national publisher of alternative newsweeklies, where he led all digital strategic, operational and marketing efforts. Alex also served as Vice President of Digital Media for ALM/North America, a leading B2B publisher of the The American Lawyer and numerous other industry leading professional publications and websites. For his work at ALM, Alex was recognized as the Top Innovator in online large business publishing by B-to-B magazine.

Alex has a BA and BS from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from Yale University. He is a certified squash professional and served on the board of the US Squash Association.

Denise Spatafora

Mary is a Learning and Development professional based in New York City, with fifteen years of L&D and management consulting experience. Mary was previously VP Learning and Development at NBCUniversal, responsible for corporate training strategy across both the News and Entertainment divisions. Mary led the change management practice at RogenSi for 5 years, spent two years at AGENCY.COM as Global lead Learning & Development. Prior to that, Mary was a senior manager with Accenture in its New York office.

She has a diverse background in change management, communication strategy, global leadership development, project management and training. She speaks fluent German and worked in Munich for six years. Also a seasoned communications coach and consultant, Mary helps executives and teams strengthen client relationships, align stakeholders and deliver high stakes pitches. Past clients include: Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Wall Street Journal and Novartis.

A graduate of Smith College, Mary lives in Brooklyn and serves on the Board of the Brooklyn Ballet.

Shari leads the business development and strategic partnership efforts for CoachMarket. She is responsible for advancing the company's goals through distribution, joint product development, services integration, and content licensing deals. Shari has spent more than 20 years evangelizing and building high performance sales programs and partner channels for high-tech companies and solution providers. Before joining CoachMarket, Shari was VP of Sales with ATG (an Oracle company), a global E-commerce platform, live help, and lead performance company. Previously Shari led the sales efforts for Who’s Calling, the original call analytics and reporting platform later acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds. As Vice President of Media, she developed and led a team of 25 responsible for corporate sales to large digital publishing clients in automotive, travel, real estate, and retail brands.

Earlier in her career Shari was the National Sales Director at Cendant with the Entertainment Publication Division selling into HR departments nationwide of small and medium sized businesses.

Shari has a B.S. in Political Science from James Madison University.

Paul has over 20 years of marketing experience and serves as an advisor to CoachMarket on product and customer acquisition strategy. He is currently the VP of Marketing for HealthPlanOne. Prior to joining HealthPlanOne, Paul was at Affinion Group where he was Group VP, Direct to Consumer Marketing responsible for creating and managing a new direct-to-consumer marketing unit in addition to developing new channel marketing strategies. Prior to this, Paul was VP, Product Development at Webloyalty.com and held other senior level positions at Priceline.com and CUC International. Paul holds an MBA in Marketing /International Business from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BS, Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
