I prefer to coach any of following kinds of individuals who are interested in developing and optimizing their career and their work/life balance: senior executives, former military leaders who are in transition to the private sector, high performing individuals who are wired as Renaissance Men/Women, those with an entrepreneurial spirit who are looking to find or to create the optimal culture and ecosystem for maximum productivity and satisfaction. Also work with those who are functioning as leaders in not-for profit or faith-based organizations. In my coaching, I tailor the approach to the needs and desire of the individual client. Areas of concentration often turn out to be communication skills, decision-making style, leadership development, team building, transition and career coaching.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.
My coaching is highly relational rather than transactional. I take delight in helping my clients to discover the best balance among the various facets of their life - career, family, relationships, hobbies, public service, faith, fitness, artistic expression.

For those in transition, I work with clients to help them to craft a narrative of their value proposition - hard skills, soft skills, values, differentiators, communication style. Together we develop a strategy for comparing and evaluating the range of options for the next career move.

Dr. Chase spent over 25 years in leadership roles in faith-based organizations before transitioning to executive recruiting and executive and transition coaching.

He has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing senior executives and former senior military leaders who still want to contribute to a meaningful mission - but in a different arena or a different functional role.
