I help entrepreneurs work on things that are holding them back from being the best leaders they can be. Prior to becoming a coach in 2005, I spent years in executive search, recruiting C-level prospects and building management teams for VC funded high-growth companies. Coaching helps individuals become more successful by reaching and sustaining peak performance. Through one-on-one counseling, I guide clients to listen to their authentic selves and focus on their personal growth. As a runner who has completed over fifty marathons worldwide, I live what I preach. I am disciplined in my approach, and yet flexible enough to respond to individual needs. I graduated from Boston College in 1995 and reside in NJ. I am a sought-after guest speaker, blogger, coaching and wellness expert. My articles have appeared in Women's Running, Beliefnet, Body+Soul, Women's Adventure Magazine and I am a radio contributor, appearing on Martha Stewart's Whole Living program.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

My coaching initiatives are tailor-made for clients. Topics sometimes include:

Improving overall communications skills and approach with an individual's team and colleagues.

Identifying personal strengths and challenging self-limiting behavior and attitudes.

Learning to be a more effective leader.

A typical engagement is six months of in person one-on-one coaching sessions every 2 weeks. This includes:  HBDI audit and Tilt 365 profile review and  Coaching support and feedback between meetings and throughout the program.

Ann Mehl began her corporate career working with Andersen Consulting, followed by over 6 years at Otec Inc., a boutique recruitment firm specializing in IT staffing for Fortune 500 companies. Ann served as a Vice President, recruiting C-level prospects and building management teams for high-growth companies. In 2002, she joined Citigroup Asset Management covering Institutional Sales for the Middle East. Ann then moved into an Associate Role in the field of executive search at Sextant Search Partners in New York.

Bringing together her experience in recruitment, sports psychology and the development of human potential, Ann works with her coaching clients to discover their true purpose and develop a plan to move in that direction.
