Coach Message

A self-professed “career nerd,” I work with professionals who have achieved success but not fulfillment in their work lives. Using a number of transformative strategies, I help them tackle the twin hurdles of 1) discovering what they want to do next and 2) doing what they need to do to land their dream job. Clients work with me when: 1) They are good at what they do. And they really want to be doing something else, even if they don't know what it is. 2) Their current career strategy is not leading to happiness and fulfillment at work. 3) They want to take action and be held accountable for making positive change in their lives. Having spent 20 years successfully transitioning among a variety of careers – including education, journalism, politics, lobbying, nonprofit management, management consulting, and executive coaching - I now devote myself full-time to making career happiness a reality for others.
