I've been assisting people in finding or changing careers to attain their greatest career dreams. I empower them to identify their ideal career, develop a winning resume, and find their own path to obtain what they desire. Whether you are seeking a change or have been downsized or "right-sized" out of a position, I am the right choice to get back on track. In a practical results oriented process I'll help you gain clarity, self-confidence, and the knowledge to succeed.

Bob’s business experience spans more than 25 years in a wide range of industries including finance, retail,healthcare, information technology, and professional services. He has held leadership positions as executive, director, and manager for strategic planning, sales, operations, and training development in small, mid-size, and large companies. The breadth of his education, training, experience, and access to industry resources positions Bob Britz as an expert in business operations, sales methodologies, and revenue generation as well as team building, acquisition and development.
Since 1985, Bob has also mentored more than 640 young men and women in early entrepreneurship through mentorship programs; and since 1999, he has been conducting career planning workshops for high school and college students, and adults. He has been recognized for his outstanding community service with five TTI Chairman’s Awards and the prestigious 2008 ActionCOACH ActionMAN Award. During his tenure as an ActionCOACH business coach, Bob Britz was ranked as a "Top 100 ActionCOACH" globally, recognized for his outstanding client revenues and results.

Bob is absolutely great, I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their career as well as anyone coming out of school who isn't sure where they should start with a career. The process that he took me through really helped me to understand what I didn't like about the job I was in and where I should be focusing my efforts. Through several self assessments and online assessments we were able to identify not only the type of person that I am both personally and professionally but how to apply that to a career that fit my lifestyle. Like I have read in other reviews here the best thing you will get from Bob is an understanding that everyone has different motivators and skills, and he will help to show you how to turn those into a satisfying career. I am about to start my new job tomorrow and I wouldn't have been able to get into this place without Bob. I turned down a couple of offers along the way of my job search because of the insight I gained working with Bob.

I have never in a million years thought I would be using a career coach. But having Bob as a coach is the best investment I have ever spent on. He helped me find my strengths and motivators. He gave me assessments, tests and homeworks that I needed to answer. We both sat down, reviewed it and worked as a team. I wish I met him before I went to college. I definitely would recommend him to business owners, people who are transitioning to another career and students who want and need help on finding a major to match who they are. He is very easy to talk to, very approachable, very encouraging (and cautious if needed). I am fortunate to have him as a career coach. I had the good fortune of meeting Bob Britz, and after a free introductory session enlisted his help in my efforts to discover a new career path. I was skeptical at first - the idea that there may be an easy solution to finding out what the perfect career might be for me, sounded too good to be true. And, coming from a family of academics (mostly psychologists), I was also wary of a theoretical approach. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Bob Britz' methodology is real-world and practical. Through a number of sessions involving in-depth discussions and testing, Bob helped me find a variety of different career paths that match my skill-sets, work experience and natural aptitudes. Anyone who is interested in broadening their career options or optimizing their current working life, will benefit from Bob's course. It's worth every penny of the cost, and after going through with the course I've realized this isn't an expense but an investment. I know this is a very complimentary review, but I can't help myself. I haven't drank any special Kool-Aid or been compensated to write this!
