I am an executive career coach with over 30 years in the career and leadership development arena. In addition, I've had the good fortune to serve as a corporate director of two organizations: Briggs and Stratton (1994-current) and ChoicePoint (1997-2008). My background provides me with a practical, business-minded view that helps add value to my work with clients. My executive coaching work has focused on leaders ranging from CEO to high potential directors.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Executive coaching:

Conduct 360 degree confidential interviews with seven to nine people. Provide feedback to client.
Help identify two or three development areas. Work collaboratively to development a development plan.
Meet or talk once or twice a month over a twelve-month period to discuss progress on development plan and to address any issues/challenges/opportunities the coachee may be facing.
Provide update to the coachee's supervisor regarding progress on the development plan. Conduct a close out session with the coachee upon completion of the coaching engagement.

He has worked with executives at multiple levels and understands the wide array of skills and competencies required to excel short-term and long-term. In addition, he cumulatively has more than 30 years experience as a corporate director with Briggs and Stratton (1994-current) and ChoicePoint (1997-2008).

Charles likes to bring his practical business and leadership experience to the table when working with his clients. He much prefers taking a practical approach with his clients vs. a theoretical and conceptual approach.
