I coach Senior Leaders and Executives in transition-- so that they may ultimately realize both professional and personal fulfillment. As your Coach, I help identify what you truly enjoy and excel at, clarify goals, design a clear vision and plan with actionable steps to achieve those goals, track progress, develop and implement tools and skills to overcome obstacles along the way, and find motivation to smoothly and successfully deliver you through this period of transition. For a decade, I have empowered professionals to learn to trust their instincts and make strategic, successful decisions that have ultimately resulted in both personal and professional fulfillment.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

For a decade, I have helped men and women gain clarity about what they truly enjoy and excel at and set goals to achieve a life that encompasses both. In 2012, I formalized my life purpose at New York University with a Certificate in Executive & Personal Coaching and launched my own private practice. Since then I have empowered Senior Leaders and Executives, as well as Athletes, Retirees and Expatriates, to learn to trust their instincts in order to achieve fulfillment in both their personal and professional lives.

Graduating from Middlebury College, I set out around the world to work in places like Alaska, India, and China. The language and interpersonal skills I developed informs my practice everyday. In 2002, I resigned as the Exclusive Leasing & Marketing Manager of CB Richard Ellis’s development in Pudong to pursue an MFA at the University of Arizona. Upon graduating, I taught as an Adjunct Professor at Siena College and the City University of New York.

Combining my experiences, in 2006 I helped launch a non-profit that provides eco-friendly sanitary pads to schoolgirls in East Africa. Serendipitously, the same year, I was hired by an ultra high net-worth family office where I climbed the ranks from Personal & Executive Assistant to Research & Trading Analyst, eventually managing the family’s foundation and starting up an internship program for underprivileged, talented youths. Today, I serve on the board of ZanaAfrica.

As former captain of my college team, I enjoy swimming. In my spare time, I surf and ski, and compete in triathlons. I live in Manhattan with my husband and son.

Case Study 1: Co-owner of private company wanted to improve interpersonal communication and boundaries with co-owner of business to design an exit strategy to sell the company in five years. Owners did not see eye to eye on the sale and relations had significantly diminished over the years. By the end of Coaching engagement, Client had negotiated 5 year plan to sell company, improved relationship with co-owner and designed financial and personal vision on semiretirement. Client reported greater ease at establishing boundaries, clearly stating personal preferences and managing team.

Case Study 2: Partner of corporate law firm wanted to improve work-life balance, and learn to successfully delegate client relationships to associates. At the end of the Coaching engagement, Client reported better management of team, identifying and fostering talent for the correct/matched needs, and improving hand off of client relationship. In addition, Client reported more time at home and improved communication with spouse.

Case Study 3: Senior Leader at financial firm wanted to better manage inter-office politics while also designing a strategic 2-, 5- and 10-year professional plan that included eventually migrating out of private equity and into an entrepreneurial role, along with some personal goals. At the end of the engagement, Client had identified firms that better matched his values and had transferred out of existing firm into a new company, reporting greater overall happiness. In addition, Client reported feeling more in control of future with longer term professional plan now designed and in play.
