For a decade, I have helped men and women gain clarity about what they truly enjoy and excel at and set goals to achieve a life that encompasses both. In 2012, I formalized my life purpose at New York University with a Certificate in Executive & Personal Coaching and launched my own private practice. Since then I have empowered Senior Leaders and Executives, as well as Athletes, Retirees and Expatriates, to learn to trust their instincts in order to achieve fulfillment in both their personal and professional lives.

Graduating from Middlebury College, I set out around the world to work in places like Alaska, India, and China. The language and interpersonal skills I developed informs my practice everyday. In 2002, I resigned as the Exclusive Leasing & Marketing Manager of CB Richard Ellis’s development in Pudong to pursue an MFA at the University of Arizona. Upon graduating, I taught as an Adjunct Professor at Siena College and the City University of New York.

Combining my experiences, in 2006 I helped launch a non-profit that provides eco-friendly sanitary pads to schoolgirls in East Africa. Serendipitously, the same year, I was hired by an ultra high net-worth family office where I climbed the ranks from Personal & Executive Assistant to Research & Trading Analyst, eventually managing the family’s foundation and starting up an internship program for underprivileged, talented youths. Today, I serve on the board of ZanaAfrica.

As former captain of my college team, I enjoy swimming. In my spare time, I surf and ski, and compete in triathlons. I live in Manhattan with my husband and son.

"After being out of the workforce for six years, I came to Christina with confusion about what I wanted to do, and with trepidation and a lack of confidence in my skills. Christina was crucial in helping me gain clarity in sorting out realistic career goals and ideas, as well as helping me to find my strength and voice again. She was patient and encouraging, but also not afraid to challenge and push me in order to get over certain personal hurdles. Specifically, we arrived at creative ideas for networking and we prepared for interviews.

Through mock interviews, Christina challenged and forced me to consider many potential questions and how best to present myself. Christina is exceptionally insightful, giving, and goes beyond the role of a typical career counselor. I would highly recommend Christina for anyone at any stage in their career."

Transformational experience.

"Working with Coach Christina has been transformational. I came out of the process feeling empowered, confident and optimistic about my life and the future. I started working with Christina at a time when my life was out of sync. I was in a job that was extremely stressful and demanding, leaving little time for myself or social activities. I was constantly getting sick as I was getting so little rest. I was desperately craving a healthier work - life balance.

Christina helped me gain clarity about how I wanted to my life to look like based on what I truly enjoy and what I am good at. She helped me trust my gut feeling and develop the courage to make the necessary changes that were long overdue. Through the process, my sense of self start shifting from feeling constantly overwhelmed to feeling in control and purposeful. With her kind support, I was able to take on a less stressful and at the same time more meaningful position within my department. I started exercising after not having done so for years, reconnecting with my friends, taking singing lessons and have met someone special. I have found my flow and I am now living a happy and balanced life, thank you Christina!"

A tremendous help.

"Christina helped me more than she could possibly know. With her Coaching I was finally able to successfully delegate work to my team. Before working together, I had tried over again to have my younger associates to take on more responsibility or develop key relationships with little success to no success. As a result, I was working overtime and had no work-life balance. Christina helped me design a leadership plan to ensure that I properly transitioned responsibility. Now I have more time to focus on critical items and more frequently get home in time to enjoy my family."
