As a coach with a background in sales and marketing, I work with clients to align their motivations, values and beliefs with outward behavior. My clients gain awareness and use it to become more effective in the context in which they are performing. With a focus on cosmetics, fashion, publishing, advertising and graphic design, I provide: one-on-one coaching for executives, team workshop facilitation and leadership communication workshops for groups.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Claire Steichen understands the importance of balancing creative vision with productivity and results. Claire has 18 years of sales and marketing experience working at L’Oreal, Christian Dior and Givaudan, and working with companies like Estee Lauder and Victoria’s Secret. She has an MBA in management from Columbia Business School and works as a coach and trainer in the full-time and executive education programs at Columbia’s Business School and School of International and Public Affairs. Claire is bi-lingual in English and French, and fluent in Spanish.

Case Study 1: Executive was frustrated at work and was looking to leave organization. She also wanted to start an on-line business and work on personal life goals. We worked on increasing her personal brand and being more strategic and aware of career path. Within five months, she had been offered a significant promotion and pay raise, started her on-line business, and met the man she would marry.

Case Study 2: Business owner was struggling to expand his business because he didn’t feel he could delegate to employees and was struggling to set limits with customers. We focused on communication strategies, employee engagement, and leadership presence. At this writing, his employees work much more autonomously. The time and energy he freed up have allowed him to turn around two major client relationships, take on larger clients on a more consistent basis, and increase his profile at major events within his industry.

Case Study 3: Executive with an eclectic background was looking to position herself within a highly competitive industry. She was working at a job where she was underpaid and not working at all to her capacity. As a result of the coaching, she was able to define two clear career directions that she was very excited about, and develop marketing tools (resume, pitch, cover letter, LinkedIn) to support those. She is now having great luck with interviewing and is looking forward to job offers.
