The Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of a consulting company engaged Elizabeth to help her address competing priorities and establish her leadership brand at the firm. Through several months of coaching with Elizabeth, the client discovered that, by getting clear on her core values, she was able to lead more authentically and influence more effectively. Likewise, the process of coaching provided the space for her to get clear on her vision for her business unit and team, and what was most important in the short and long-term. As a result of Elizabeth's coaching, the client reports being more productive and significantly more effective in her ability to influence and inspire as a leader.
A Vice President of a large health system engaged Elizabeth for coaching on transitioning, as part of a company merger, from being an individual contributor to serving as both a manager and leader. Over a 10 month period, the client was able to identify patterns of behavior that were holding her back. Elizabeth's coaching helped the client step into the role of leader, build her confidence in her abilities, and get clear on what was her responsibility and what she could delegate to others.
