How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.
I provide a tactical and strategic advice for building out sales organizations, mainly focusing on sales organizations in startups. I also train entrepreneurs and people switching careers to help them get a job in the world of startup/tech sales.

For the last 8 years, Jake has been one of the first people on the ground building out new divisions and complete sales organizations for mid-sized and start up organizations. Jake entered the tech field with CareerBuilder, where he helped build the West Coast office in Arizona and then was hired to build and ramp the sales organization at Glassdoor.com. He grew the organization from 1-40 people in just 16 months and grew revenue by over 1000% in that period. In early 2012, Jake moved to New York to join Chartbeat as of Head of the Product Outreach Department, which encompassed sales, customer success, and sales operations.

Now the CEO of his own company, he has helped over 25 technology and service organizations raise 50 million dollars in the last 16 months by helping them to build replicability in their demand generation and sales processes. He has a BS from Missouri State University where he majored in Management and a MBA from Arizona State University with a focus on International Business.
