CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Executive Coaching: One-on-one coaching takes place by phone 3 times per month for a 60 minute focused and intensive session. Our relationship is supported with customized resources and ongoing communication. Generally, you can expect to give the process anywhere from a few weeks to months, depending on your needs. Most clients commit to a six-month coaching relationship, and I recommend no less than least three months. Change takes time, and the benefit from coaching is cumulative, so it’s important to commit to giving the process the time it requires.

Team Coaching: Whether it’s a new team forming or an intact team undergoing change or even in crisis, we custom create organization and relationship coaching sessions that guide the client team in identifying the team dynamics, leveraging its strengths, resolving issues, and enhancing productivity. The emphasis of this form of coaching and development is on the interrelationships of the team as a whole. The process can catapult your team or relationships to the next level by building on existing strengths, breaking through ineffective patterns, and creating clearer communication. This program increases productivity and positivity to become a sustainable, high- performance system that achieves improved results. Our coaching with teams is frequently combined with industry-leading tools, assessments, and simulations, yielding critical feedback and in-depth performance assessment.

Other Services:

• Strategy and Sustainability Planning: We assist organizations in conducting an organizational assessment, examining and defining vision, mission, and goals, and developing a pursuant action plan.

• Executive Transition and Succession Planning: In helping organizations and their leaders prepare for leadership transition (especially long-tenured or founding executives) we design the executive’s departure path and craft a succession plan; conduct an organization review to leverage strengths and address particular vulnerabilities; and facilitate the executive recruitment and on-boarding process.

• Board and Staff Development: For your organization to reach its full capacity, your board and staff team must work together as a cohesive body. We focus on assessment that yields critical feedback and in- depth performance analysis; board and staff development to clarify roles and responsibilities and build team synergy; resolving team conflict, issues, and challenges; and leveraging team strengths to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

• Workshop and Meeting Facilitation: We offer workshops as well as custom-designed sessions in the areas of visioning and action planning, succession and transition, sustainability and strategic planning, organizational change, career development, and work-life balance.

Jeanie Duncan, CPCC, ACC, is recognized as a guiding presence in transforming the way organizations think and operate to improve performance and achieve goals. Jeanie is President of her own consulting firm, Raven Group, a business she founded that focuses on organizational change and leadership development in the nonprofit sector. She is a senior consultant for Raffa, a national firm working with nonprofit clients to lead efforts in sustainability and succession planning, executive transition, and search. Additionally, Jeanie serves as adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, a top-ranked, global provider of executive leadership education.

Known for innovation and executive effectiveness, Jeanie uses the practical wisdom of 20 years in the nonprofit sector. She holds her BA in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, the CFRE designation from CFRE International, a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University, and her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation.

Committed to professional excellence, she is a frequent speaker, trainer, facilitator, and author of numerous published articles related to nonprofit management and leadership. Additionally, Jeanie brings specialized expertise in a suite of individual and organizational assessments and simulations including: the Center for Creative Leadership’s suite of 360-degree feedback assessments, Influence Style Indicator, Change Style Indicator, Change Readiness Gauge, 4MAT 4Business Learning Type Measure, Organization Workshop, and Paper Planes.

With a lifetime focus on well-being and creativity, Jeanie enjoys running, writing, music, travel, and anything associated with water – especially sailing. She and her family make their home in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Strategy Development: In the midst of an executive transition of a long-time founder, Raven Group worked with a multi-divisional, geographically dispersed team to examine the organization’s present status and outlook for the future, and guided the organization in developing a new vision, mission, goals, and strategies. In follow-up to strategy development, we offered continued implementation advising coaching to ensure plan execution.

Organization Merger: A community-based nonprofit music organization sought the services of Raven Group to strategize and advise on its future direction. An in-depth analysis resulted in recommendations for merger with a like–mission organization, for which we offered consulting support and resources to help facilitate the process. This transition worked was further supported with executive coaching for the Executive Director.

Leadership Development: As adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, Jeanie co-facilitated a week-long leadership development program for a senior leadership team in the health and human services industry. Participants experienced a program design that included individual and group assessments, team building exercises, and leadership skill development in essential areas to the advancement of their division – influence, change and transition, learning type, interpersonal savvy, and giving and receiving feedback.
