I help organizational leaders build the capacity to overcome challenging conflict, collaborate across complex systems, and implement large-scale change. I provide strategic advice, coaching, team facilitation and workshops to help leaders compete effectively in an ever-changing world. Three principles guide my work: A strengths-based approach: While I use a unique method to help you create innovative solutions to tough problems, I begin by looking at your existing success and help you build from there.

An organizational perspective: I use a wide-angle lens to view interactions in organizations. I help you make the individual and systemic shifts needed to create long-lasting, sustainable change.

A relentless focus on execution: I help you stay focused on your desired outcomes and continuously take action so you hit and exceed your targets.
