I have worked as a management consultant for over 25 years. My areas of expertise include leadership development and executive coaching, executive communication skills, and business-to-business relationship management. My executive coaching assignments have varied in scope and focus. They include preparation for public speaking events, general executive presence and impact, building team engagement, and influencing within the organization. I generally work with leaders within specified time frames - usually over the course of 6-8 months. However some of my coaching relationships have lasted over several years.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Executive Presence: making an impact personally and professionally in client meetings, large events, board sessions or senior management meetings.

Public Speaking: preparation for public speaking events, such as industry conferences, panels, internal town halls, etc.

Leadership Competencies: developing strength in specific areas in order to be seen as a leader within the organization (e.g., demonstrating a drive for results, interpersonal skills, leading change.)

I have worked as a management consultant for over 25 years. Most recently, I was a partner in a global consultancy that specializes in leadership, interpersonal skill development and change management. My responsibilities included leading client teams to develop and deliver projects to corporate clients, as well as co-managing the North America business unit.

Prior to that, I consulted independently for a variety of U.S. industries. I have worked primarily with financial services institutions and professional services firms. I have a deep understanding of human performance technology and my consults focus on how my clients can best achieve business results by creating superior performers in leadership and management roles.

I also have extensive instructional design expertise that helps ensure that workshop and offsite solutions provide participants with business-specific, practical experiences that they can use immediately in performing their professional responsibilities.

Case Study 1: Senior-level executive at an investment bank wanted to improve his executive presence in large town halls and before the CEO and senior leadership. We worked on his ability to demonstrate a commanding presence without losing his ability to connect well with audiences. Today he reports that he is getting increasing amounts of positive feedback on his presentation ability from peers, direct reports and senior management.

Case Study 2: Managing Director at a wealth management firm who had recently taken on a new division. Although she had strong support from senior management, she faced several obstacles: She needed to establish herself with the new division while managing another executive who was passed over for the role. She needed to keep her original team engaged while giving the new group the attention it needed. She needed to get a seat at the senior leadership table.
