CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Juliet Saxe is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant who specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and management training. With a unique background in business and psychology, Juliet works with individuals and teams to better manage system dynamics and communication that underlie work. She also focuses extensively with clients on mapping paths that bring them strong results and greater fulfillment.

She has designed group coaching programs and leadership development retreats for senior executives, and has worked with those in transition by providing career coaching and support. She has facilitated strategic planning sessions as well as interpreted assessments to support executives’ professional development needs.

Juliet has also conducted workshops on the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) for groups and teams, examining the intersection of personality and style differences in communication, decision-making, managing change and conflict. Juliet has worked with hundreds of executives throughout the U.S. at various stages of their careers, including MBA candidates at Columbia, Haas School of Business, Harvard, Stanford, The Wharton School, and The University of Chicago on up to senior executives who are focused on succession planning and retirement.

Prior to her work in executive coaching and leadership development, Juliet held a number of positions that cut across a variety of sectors and enabled her to successfully develop a wide range of skills such as analytics, understanding human dynamics, research, facilitation, program development, training, and consultation. As a senior manager in professional services and product development at Telephia, a market research startup in the wireless sector, Juliet cultivated client relationships with AT&T and T- Mobile and helped build a client services department which generated over 20MM in revenue in two years. Telephia became so successful that it was acquired by The Nielsen Company in 2008. Prior to Telephia, Juliet’s previous roles as a training manager and researcher led to opportunities for her to conduct and manage research at the University of California, San Francisco, and led to her presenting at various conferences.

In 2010, Juliet received her professional coaching certification from New Ventures West, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified training institute in San Francisco. Juliet is also certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), Hogan, and The Hay Group's ECI, ILS, and OCS assessments. Currently, Juliet is also in the process of obtaining her certification as a Business Coach with the Great Game of Business, LLC.

Juliet earned a B.A. in psychology from UCLA in 1988. She earned her Ph.D. in psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1994 where she graduated in the top 5% of her class and was nominated for Best Dissertation of the Year.
