I spent over 7 years as a hiring manager and recruiter at the world's largest hedge fund, so I know what top employers are looking for in a candidate. I managed my first team at age 23, and since then I have managed organizations of over 150 people and coached executives and leaders at all levels to help them create the highest-performing teams. My Work Experience:
I spent seven years at the world's biggest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates. My roles focused on three areas: turning around under-performing teams, partnering with senior executives to help them improve their departments, and creating and delivering leadership development training for employees across the company. I was also an active hiring manager and principle of Bridgewater’s Undergraduate and MBA recruiting teams. After leaving to pursue my MBA, I started my business as a coach for both corporate and private clients.
Most of my career coaching clients secure jobs in their target industry within 2-3 months of working with me. Clients have gotten jobs at top employers such as Google, KPMG, and Caesar's Entertainment.
