I specialize in coaching coaches and teaching coaching skills to leaders and individuals who want to elevate their coaching effectiveness. By providing coaching supervision to individuals and groups, I help coaches enhance their effectiveness and increase self-awareness. Additionally, I coach individuals and leaders who want to create significant change and transformation in their lives and work teams.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Coaching supervision provided for individuals and small groups (4– 6 coaches): Coaches bring their challenges—whether working with tough client situations or ethical dilemmas—to coaching supervision. Through supervision, coaches receive alternative perspectives, guidance, and new approaches for working with their issues.

I also offer detailed coaching feedback for coaches wishing to advance their coaching competencies and effectiveness; I will review recorded coaching conversations or transcripts to provide detailed feedback for the coach.

I will accept coaching clients who wish to enter into six-month engagements. Engagements include the creation of key outcomes the coachee wishes to realize. Coaching will include 1 – 2 assessments, as appropriate, plus bi-monthly coaching conversations via Skype, face-to-face meetings, or phone.

Kathleen has held the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2005. She completed the Hudson Institute of Coaching program in 2000 and has been a practicing coach and teacher of coaching skills since that time. Kathleen serves as a Master Coach Assessor and Coaching Supervisor through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and has an active coaching and consulting practice.

In 2010, she co-authored the book, The Extraordinary Coach: How the Best Leaders Help Others Grow, and has taught the concepts in this book to leaders for over ten years. Prior to founding her own business in 2000, Kathleen consulted with Fortune 500 organizations in multiple industries and countries.

Case Study 1: An intact group of six coaches, who had known and worked with each other for several years, wanted to take their coaching skills to the next level. After completing multiple coaching training programs, they had reached a stage of plateau and comfort in their own practices. Seeking a mechanism to increase their effectiveness, the group entered a yearlong coaching supervision engagement with me. Immediately, the coaches could see ways to improve their own effectiveness, as well as identify patterns that existed across the group.

Case Study 2: Benjamin: individual client wishing to work on his way of being in the world. Benjamin initiated coaching with me, aware that his behaviors were having a negative impact on his friends, wife, and colleagues. After receiving feedback of being overly controlling and demanding, Benjamin wanted to change his approach to the world. Through deep work, we identified negative patterns and created replacement behaviors and strategies.

Case Study 3: A large food manufacturing organization wanted to create a coaching culture, and to train all people managers on key coaching skills, for the sake of improving overall employee engagement and productivity/innovation. Currently in the third year of this engagement, I have worked with the central enterprise-wide leadership development team to implement a customized solution to train leaders on a replicable coaching process and skill set. Managers receive virtual and instructor-led training, as well as a series of reinforcement tools, to enable and sustain behavior change.
