I am a coach, consultant, facilitator and professional speaker with 12 years experience helping clients drive revenue, develop leaders, create high performing teams and manage change. My areas of expertise include communication, team effectiveness, leadership and management, strategic planning and sales. My clients have ranged across advertising/ branding, banking and finance, technology, professional services and media. I have coached and trained a wide variety of people, from CEO’s to Olympic athletes and sales executives to engineers, on topics including executive presence, mental toughness, leadership credibility, pitching and presenting, new business development, coaching and managing, and effective communication. I am passionate about helping organizations achieve extraordinary performance through their most valued asset - their people.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Kim is passionate about helping organizations achieve extraordinary performance through their most valued asset - their people. Most recently, Kim was a principal consultant at rogenSi, a global sales and leadership execution consultancy. In that role, Kim built rogenSi’s West Coast business in addition to coaching, consulting and leading workshops for clients.

Prior to joining rogenSi, Kim managed strategic communications and public relations for Levi Strauss & Co. and Banana Republic, respectively. Kim served as brand spokesperson for both Levi’s and BR, appearing on ABC-TV’s “The View,” Fox and CBS-TV, and has been frequently quoted in such publications as The New York Times and Wall Street Journal. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and currently resides in Orinda, CA with her husband and two children.
