I am a leadership and communications consultant with a strong grounding in strategic thinking.  I coach and facilitate senior teams through transitions brought on by internal change or external pressures.  From vision alignment to priority setting and communication, I help teams clarify issues, remove friction and collaborate more effectively.  Clients also engage me to develop innovative training experiences to strengthen skill sets and drive culture change, typically in the areas of leadership, communication or team management.   My work experience in Europe provides a global perspective and an understanding of cultural nuances in organizations. Clients appreciate my perceptive approach as well as my ability to gain broad buy-in and move things forward quickly.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

1) Leadership Team Alignment - Interview team and clarify objectives. Facilitate session(s) to develop vision, set strategic priorities, develop communication approaches and agree on new ideas/process. Develop change management plan to align organization to new direction.

2) Talent Development - Design and facilitate innovative learning programs (e.g. effective communications, leadership, team management) which are tightly integrated with business context and culture.

3) Communications Coaching - Coach individuals and groups to deliver with greater impact and credibility during high stakes events (e.g. town halls, industry meetings, strategic client meetings) or to improve relationship management and client service skills.

Mary is a change management and communications coach with fifteen years of consulting and corporate experience in Europe and the US. She has a diverse background in business transformation, strategic communication, leadership development and workforce readiness. Past clients include Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, US Department of State and Novartis.

Mary was VP Learning and Development at NBCUniversal, responsible for talent development across Entertainment and News divisions. She led the change management practice at RogenSi for five years and spent two years at AGENCY.COM as Global Head, Learning & Development. Prior to that Mary was a senior manager with Accenture. Her career began in Germany where she worked for a management-training firm based in Munich. She speaks German fluently. A graduate of Smith College, Mary lives in Brooklyn and serves on the Board of the Brooklyn Ballet.
