For over 14 years, I've helped my clients improve their communication, persuasion, and ideation capabilities by providing training and coaching solutions that are an integration of traditional and theatre-based methods. This approach ensures clients get results that are proven, innovative, and customized to their needs. I developed my approach after a career as a professional actor performing on stage and television, and as an improviser with such companies as Second City. I've partnered with clients from senior leaders to creative teams specializing in coursework that builds confidence, flexibility, and innovative thinking empowering them to develop new products, ideas, and solutions.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

After a career as a professional actor, Nanette worked with Mt. Sinai’s Morchand Center teaching communication skills to physicians and medical students. She then worked with Parkhurst Communications and prepared many high profile clients for national television and radio appearances such as: “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America,” “The Daily Show,” and “Charlie Rose.”

From her background in the arts coupled with her experience in the corporate world, Nanette developed a unique training approach that’s well suited for all “improvised” public speaking formats. Additionally, she has also worked with leading communications skills consultancies both as trainer and as course developer.

Case Study 1. A marketing client needed management training for their senior and middle management teams. Although they were a successful agency with rapid growth, they were struggling with managing their business with no formal management training. They needed a methodology appropriate for their fast paced, creative culture. I designed and developed a program to cover the unique skills and process needed to lead in an innovative environment. The program was so successful, it is now being rolled out nationally across their business.

Case Study 2. A senior leader (who inherited a team) needed to improve his messaging and rapport building skills with those who reported to him. Although he was seen as capable, both his delivery style and the cultural differences between he and his team were creating tension and it affected their productivity. It was the first time he had received feedback like this and was confused how to proceed. After coaching on the skills needed, he immediately improved the compromised relationships, rebuilt the team trust, and understood how to deliver his intended messages within the organizations culture. Within two weeks, he reported back to me that "now everyone thinks I'm the greatest guy they know. I really had no idea the affect I was having until our coaching."

Case Study 3. Using actor/improvisers for role-plays, I developed a session for a financial services client who was struggling with coaching skills and giving effective feedback. The scenarios were customized to the client’s specific communication challenges ensuring a realistic and relevant application of the skills. In a half-day session, the participants were able to learn the capabilities needed to permanently change their behavior and develop a lasting understanding of how to communicate, coach, and deliver effective feedback to a variety of employees.
