I am an executive coach and business consultant working for organizations on Long Island and in the New York City area for over twenty-five years. I help my clients gain insights about themselves and their organizations so they work more effectively with greater influence and satisfaction. I individualize my approach according to each client’s situation, building on their strengths and enhancing their professional growth and reputation. My approach is positive and personalized and coaching discussions are confidential. My clients are encouraged to consider all options, allowing them to face and overcome obstacles to create opportunities for success. I work with my clients to understand organizational dynamics through a systems approach to develop new strategies, enhance resilience and promote personal growth.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Comprehensive executive coaching, 4 and 6 month engagements include 4 or 5 sessions per month, on-call communication when needed.

I use 360 interviewing and feedback techniques and/or standardized assessments (Hogan, Hays Social Emotional Competency, MBTI, Firo-B) and the Enneagram when appropriate.

Client partnership can include shadow coaching on the job and support at human resource meetings if needed.

Six introductory one-hour sessions and individualized plans are also available upon request.

My career began with eight years as a financial analyst. I then founded my own company which provides assessments and consulting for personnel selection and other related services. Concurrently, I became a faculty member at The New School where I taught for seventeen years. My curiosity about what motivates people in business led me to pursue an M.A. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at New York University. That experience introduced me to executive coaching and how I can help people reach their full potential.

My coaching credentials include completion of the Professional Coaching Certificate Program from iCoach at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, and the Enneagram in Business Coaching Certificate Program. My bachelor's degree is from Cornell University. I am proficient in 360 interviewing techniques and certified in Hogan Assessments, Hays Social Emotional Competency, MBTI and Firo-B indicators, and Shadow Coaching.

In addition, I am a forensic document examiner and provide expert testimony. I speak frequently at national and international conferences and have been interviewed on Good Morning America and Midday Live.

Case 1: Entrepreneur, owner and creative principal of international company specializing in cosmetic-related products. Coaching addressed leadership, management and personnel issues. Used Hogan and MBTI to increase awareness and discuss long-term objectives. Initial coaching role was to assist in immediate strategies for recruiting and retaining high level personnel in order to free up client for creative development.

Case 2: Entrepreneur and owner of marketing company. Began coaching process focusing on sales objectives and continued to coach regarding long-term vision and strategy for company. Focus was on taking action to increase resources and broaden client base. Initial objective was to strengthen clients' ability to close sales. Coaching assignment was broadened with the client's greater awareness of long-term needs and objectives.
