I have thousands of case studies/success stories. To pick just a sampling:
Helped an SVP-level HR executive who had been out of the workforce for several years land a senior HR role quickly, by tapping into the "hidden job market."
Helped a c-level Real Estate executive who had a recent history of job-hopping position himself effectively to land a senior role at a global corporation.
Helped a mid-career professional, unhappy with their career choice, through a self-assessment and decision-making process. This led to a successful career change through identifying and leveraging transferable skills.
Helped a mid-level executive at work who was on the road to being fired ("performance improvement plan," etc.) completely turn his career around, through improved communication with his boss, delegation using "situational leadership," and a more proactive approach.
Helped a creative director land a huge pay increase in her transition from consultant to full time employee through salary negotiation techniques.
Coached a career changer on how to set up a great foundation for what became his successful business, consulting to niche non-profits.
Helped a mid-level marketing professional write a powerful "cold-email" to the CEO of a fortune 500 corporation; the email landed her an interview with the CMO.

Effective and nurturing
Editor, Global Publishing Company
“He is such an effective, nurturing coach. I can’t thank Rob enough for what he did for me. He helped me to successfully execute my interviews and aided me in how to ask the right questions. He taught me what not to do in an interview, how to network in today’s job market, and encouraged me to do my best. Rob was always accessible whenever I had any questions or was feeling discouraged. He always exhibited such enthusiasm and positive energy during our sessions. His consultations gave me the confidence to land an amazing job. I would NEVER have landed this perfect-fit job if it weren’t for Rob. He was a real inspiration to me, and his coaching technique has been invaluable.”
