I specialize in helping leaders in banking, insurance and financial services as well as technology grow their business, maximize team performance and navigate career transitions. My approach is that business coaching is not advice or therapy, but a powerful set of techniques that transform a your expertise and deeply held intentions into tangible outcomes. The coaching conversation will be the most focused strategic thinking hour of your week and constitutes the mental work that frees you to focus on execution and results. I have nearly 20 years experience in sales, marketing and leadership development, all of which has been spent working for or with marquee Fortune 50 organizations and fast growing technology companies. I understand the language of business and the needs of business owners and leaders.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

In addition to my coaching role, I am a facilitator, speaker and consultant in the areas of sales, presentation and leadership skills training, applying a results-driven, science-based approach to professional and leadership development.

My background includes working with executives in Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Operations in Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing small businesses. I work with senior leaders, top performers, and high potentials and I am often called upon to provide coaching and consulting in areas such as leadership skills, sales effectiveness and executive presence and communication.

I bring hands-on business experience, deep subject matter expertise in executive development and a certification in Neuroleadership coaching. My leadership development experience includes roles as global leader, Executive Coaching and On-boarding at American Express and Manager of Organization Development at AIG-Advisor Group.

I have also spent time as a management consultant for RogenSi, a global human performance consultancy where I worked extensively with senior and C-suite executives. I have received numerous awards for performance and excellence in leadership, including special recognition for my work leading AIG's first-ever internal coaching initiative. I have been a speaker at the Conference Board Executive Coaching Conference and the Neuroleadership Summit, speaking on the use of coaching in organizations to improve performance and develop high-potential talent.

Coached the Chief Economist of a major investment bank division through an important leadership transition and high-stakes communication strategy. This led to the development of a communication strategy and team development process. A 360 degree follow-up showed a significant increase in team engagement and morale as well as senior leadership support.

Coached EVP of Sales for major asset management firm who needed to develop a new sales strategy and develop his team. This led to the development of new market strategies, team reorganization development plans for team members. The following year the EVP’s team had higher levels of production and he had achieved the top sales award in the organization.
