As you select a coach, it helps to have your goals in mind. It may be a new role in your current company, a new industry, changing companies, starting a new business, getting a promotion, or your goal may be to find a coach to help you decide what it is you want to do next. 

Know what success will look like

Visualize what will be different when you reach your goals. What will change in your business and personal life? Think of the impact emotionally, financially, and how it will effect your overall happiness. Prioritize what is most important to you.

What is your time frame?

What is the ideal time frame in which you’d like to accomplish your objectives. Can you dedicate enough time to coaching to accomplish your goals in that amount of time? What external dependencies exist that will influence the timing of achieving your goals?
