I coach individuals seeking to change or launch careers that are a match for their skill set, personality, and long term goals. This includes support in researching and selecting work environments and organizations that are best suited for their work style. I also support part or full-time entrepreneurs in designing systems and structures to support emerging businesses. Using my combined coaching and organizational development expertise, I use a combination of assessments, inquiry, conversation, and a strategic career design approach to lead people towards rewarding lucrative work experiences. I also help people invest time wisely between research, resume building applying for jobs, networking, and leveraging LinkedIn.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Career Transition Coaching
This is my specialty where I blend both coaching and consulting into a streamlined process to help you make informed choices about transitioning jobs, industries, and/or starting your own business. I've had the unique experience of being a contract recruiter at the same time I was looking for a job myself. I also am an organizational consultant with coveted information about how companies hire and manage talent.
 
By doing an in-depth skill set analysis, along with a personality assessments designed specifically for professional development, you are able to make conscious choices about changing jobs, finding a new company to work for, or even taking your existing skill sets into a new industry you didn't even know you were qualified for. Next we craft your career assets (resume, LinkedIn, etc) to accurately represent your expertise and experience. From there, we design and execute a career change plan that includes a combination of applying, networking, interview preparation, consulting on cover letters, and anything related to making the change. 
 
Resume Consulting
If you are just looking to put the finishing touches on your career assets (Resume and LinkedIn Profile) I do a one time consulting session and overhaul of your resume and LinkedIn Profile. 
 
Leadership & Organizational Coaching
As a coach, trainer, and consultant, with an M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, I've spent the past 17 years working in and and consulting with small and mid-size business leaders and teams. I focus on optimizing performance through leadership development, process improvement, team cohesion, and designing systems for hiring and managing talent for organizational success.
 
I work with business leaders looking to optimize both personal and organizational performance by working directly with the individual and analyzing the systems in which they are trying to accomplish tangible business results. I am ICF and NYU certified as a coach and use a variety of approaches that match both mission of the organization and the learning style of the individual.

With more than 17 years of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie is a skilled career coach.

She started her career in the field of marketing and transitioned into education in 2003. In 2007, while still an educator, Stephanie combined her corporate and educational experience with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit and began a part-time endeavor coaching and consulting individuals and organizations to ignite creativity, positive change, and productivity into their business and personal lives. In addition to working with individuals navigating career change or entrepreneurship, she has worked with small and mid-size businesses in the areas of contract recruiting, training, instructional design, team performance, marketing, branding, change management, and leadership development.

She is the executive director of Get Smart Mentoring, a non-profit organization she co-founded in 2013. She currently mentors an international team of virtual interns in the areas of of leadership, management, communication, thought leadership, philanthropy, and digital marketing. She regularly provides mentoring and trainings to schools, organizations, and young women in need.

Stephanie received her professional coaching certification from New York University, and is also certified at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. With a BS in counseling, Stephanie has a Masters from Columbia University in applied social and organizational psychology.
