I have over 20 years experience as a coach, organizational consultant, and strategist. I am passionate about helping people across organizations to work together effectively and profitably. I recognize that leaders come to their roles from many backgrounds, but they all face demands to provide clarity, guidance and results. How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

I have over 20 years experience as a coach, organizational consultant, and strategist. I'm passionate about helping people across organizations to work together effectively and profitably. I recognize that leaders come to their roles from many backgrounds, but they face similar demands to provide clarity, guidance and results. My work helps them meet those challenges and strengthen engagement. I have coached over 100 leaders and executive teams, including those at the highest levels in the arts, media, publishing, human rights, financial services, law, and insurance.

My coaching style is to engage the client or team in an active, and also practical, exploration of their strengths and opportunities for professional and personal growth. Using aspects of emotional intelligence and appreciative inquiry, I help clients both design their desired state and also build the awareness and behaviors necessary to get there. I believe that successful coaching not only grows individual client and teams, but also further aligns them with their organization’s goals. I support the coaching process with a clearly defined development plan, quick hits and a range of practical action steps that help the client continue to grow long after the coaching work ends.

I am the founder of WildFire Strategies, and I love this work. I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I earned MSW and MPA degrees at Columbia University and have a BA from Brown University. I am a former Chair of the National Leadership Council of GLSEN and served as a member of its national board of directors. I live in Manhattan with my family, and am proud of having passed along my car geekiness to my son, and love of classic R&B to my daughter. I sing, row and write whenever I find the time.
