Personal Branding

James was the President of a multi-national corporation. He had recently been transferred to the United

States and felt he did not have the kind of visibility and network that he would like to have in order to

progress his career in the future. He knew that he would like to take on a CEO role. He reached out to

me to help him build his personal brand, improve his internal leadership, and build his visibility.

We worked through the personal branding process where he spent several months looking at who he

was, what he valued, what his strengths were and how he enjoyed using them, and we conducted a 360

survey to those that he worked with as well as friends and family. Once we gathered this data, we put

together a communication plan that he implemented inside his company as well as through his LinkedIn

presence. He then concentrated on building his brand ecosystem that included everything around him.

His career boomed and he received rave reviews with every meeting and negotiation that he

participated in. He became a sought after executive in his industry and feels very happy with how he has

managed his career.

Career Transition

Karen was an in-house counsel attorney for a corporation where she specialized in employment law. She

came to me when she felt she needed something more in her career than what she was getting. She

questioned if she still wanted to be an attorney, if corporate life worked for her anymore, and if she

could better manager her personal time so that she had some balance in her life.

Through our work together Karen was able to better understand what she needed at this time in her life

from both her work and her personal life. She first made small changes in her workplace to feel better

about working there and eventually left the company to work for a smaller, more interesting company.

She took on a dual-position as a Director of Human Resources and Corporate Counsel. Within a year she

had taken over so much of the legal work for the company that they asked her to take on the General

Counsel role full time. She loves her job and has been able to reprioritize her life.

Nancy R. D.

I went to Susan a few years back to see what I should do with my life after having taking some time off work to stay home with my children. I was somewhat skeptical to go to a "career coach" after a long career already. She has excellent counseling skills, a simplistic methodology and I felt she was advocating for me and yet allowed to make the career choice that was best for me. Her encouragement and advice helped me back into the work force back at my former career. I attribute my success to her at finding the right place for me to her. I highly recommend Susan without reservation.

Extremely Effective!

Richard C.

Susan easily becomes a long term colleague and someone who always provides advice and help in the most effective manner. Her knowledge is very much a part of her life's work that she is a Natural, and someone you know will always be available. Susan's work with many transitional professionals was performed with "professional enthusiasm" unlike an counselor available. Susan brings sincerity, understanding and perceptive to those that she guides through difficult times while influencing and advising in a very effective manner.

I highly recommend her!

Susan helped me to discover my own unique skills and attributes and showed me the best way to promote those qualities in my resume, cover letters and interviews. I can now attack the job market with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence. I highly recommend Susan for your career coaching needs.
