I coach leaders in transition. Transitioning to the next level, transitioning a team in new directions or transitioning to a new adventure. I help people identify what they really want to create in their work and life, then enable them to remove blocks to get there. I specialize in team health and executive coaching - helping teams and leaders transition so they can boldly face challenges in our quickly changing world. For more than 5 years I have been working with leaders from companies around the globe to get clear on their intentions and make measurable progress toward them.

How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.
Executive career coaching: Engagement includes goal setting (taking workplace context into consideration), 360s / assessments that align with goals, deep dive into values, suggested work to achieve goals, regular sessions to check progress against goals and continue to raise personal awareness.
