How pricing works
CoachMarket pre-negotiates the best prices for our career coaches, and will match you with a coach that fits your budget. Coaches will recommend a package to you based on your needs that includes a suggested number of sessions and deliverables.
Typical price ranges
Our coaches typically charge between $150-$350 an hour. The exact rate depends on the type of coaching expertise, years of experience and industry background. Coaching requires a series of sessions to be effective and coaches may offer special rates when creating a package of multiple sessions.
Billing and payments
Coaches will create a pricing package for you during the FREE consultation and you pay CoachMarket online using any major credit card prior to starting work with your coach. You will receive an email with a link to the payment page once you have agreed to a plan with your coach.

Team coaching: Typically lasts 6 months to a year. Includes 360 interviews across the team, key players and stakeholders. Engagements are highly tailored to client needs and typically use a combination of one on ones, on-site immersion and pair programming. All coaching engagements are goal driven with objective measurements of success to establish ROI.

Leadership coaching: 3-12 months. Includes 360 interviews across levels. Engagements are highly tailored to client needs and include weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Engagements kick off with well- defined goals and measurements of success to establish ROI.

Personal coaching: Typically lasts 3-12 months. Optionally includes 360 interviews with friends, colleagues and family. Engagements are highly tailored to client needs and include weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Engagements kick off with well-defined goals and measurements of success to establish ROI.

Wendy has a proven track record of delivering high quality, technically diverse software solutions in finance, broadcasting and healthcare. In 2004, she had her first agile adoption, and from there continued to spread agile practices through consulting, actively blogging and speaking on topics like TDD and pair programming at conferences across America.

After a year in treatment for cancer, Wendy turned her attention to the human side of technology and spent well over 500 hours studying communication and human behavior. As co-founder of a startup in the dating space, Wendy led product and development consistently hitting milestones on time and under budget. When her company failed to gain traction, she invested in the services of an executive coach, who groomed her in the art of executive coaching. She actively expands her understanding of business and coaching by studying with Andrew Neitlich of the Center for Executive Coaching and mentoring directly under Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, founder of Naam Yoga.

A native of Long Island and frequenter of LA, Wendy coaches teams in Silicon Alley and Silicon Beach. She has a BE from SUNY at Stony Brook and certifications as a ScrumMaster, Spiritual Counselor and Yoga Instructor.
